Reliance Communications, India's second-largest mobile operator 3 million wireless customers in March.
Reliance had 69.6 million subscribers at the end of February.
In Jan 2009 it added 5 million subscribers and was the first Indian telecom company to add the biggest number of subscribers in a month. This was mainly because of RCom starting its GSM operation.
Airtel now I think is concentrating on its IPTV business and DTH business.
