Every one needs a home and looks for a cheaper one every time.
Every one is comming up with super ideas such as cheap cars, cheap mobiles and many more things. Now here you can have a flat which is available cheaply for 3 - 5 Lakhs.
If you go to see these were the rates of flats some 8 - 9 years back. During this time flat being made available cheaply is good sign as it would create high demand.
According to ET there is a shortage of 26 million homes in urban India alone, with 90% of the demand coming from the lower-income group and the economically weaker sections.
I think the builders are on the right trak.

I heard about this NANO project and contact TATA Housing. At that time someone said they will revert back and did not. After a month when i called back they said no flats are left all are booked.
What is the use of they putting us on hold and giving to those who can effort for higher rates.
Such projects should be given for needy or females who needs shelter
