Lately you may have seen a slump in the real estate markets. Even if you wouldn't have realized in the home price you may have seen few Infrastructure stocks which tumbled over 90% on the down side.
Now what people think that should we buy property at this rate or no ?
If you want to buy flat for fresh investment then it is sure no no! But if you want to buy a flat against the existing one then you should go ahead.
According to leading analyst Property markets may further witness some corrections.
